Wrigley Field full every day (even weekdays) at 1:20 for years and years. Amazing.

Well Wrigley is built in a good part of town around bars and restaurants. Citi Field is built next to an airport. Location, location, location..

Don't forget the tennis center that is abandoned 10/12 months a year!

And the Worlds Fair site from way back in the day where Men In Black was filmed.

Good point, but if you put that park in Naperville it's still packed every day. Cubs fans are animals.

Don't get me wrong, I am part of the "don't move it or re-name it" crew.

Try going to a Marlins game on a weeknight. Was there for like their fifth home game of the season vs the Reds on a Tuesday night, was literally no more than 2,000 people there. And more than half of 'em were Reds fans.
