Probably won't get to many in depth answers here but basically any time the (+) side of a line is higher than the (-) you can lock in a profit, usually between separate books.

don't scalp same book at the same time or they might get mad, other than that just look at lines
Could have done this with Bodog and Matchbook yesterday for the Suns/Blazers halftime line.

Have money at two different books. It helps to have one book that is fast/highly liquid where the lines are sharp and another where it is slow/less liquid and the lines are less sharp.
When one side is higher than the other (as sharpcat said) bet one line at one book and the other line at another book. Be sure to submit the bets at the same time and act fast as lines move frequently. Use this tool from SBR to figure out how much to bet on each side.
It helps to understand how/why this works. Also be aware that most of the time you will simply be chasing steam at the slower book and this might be a +EV play on it's own (taking the weak side of the scalp). You may get tagged for chasing steam if you hit the "weak" lines often and for a lot.
Finally, be aware that in a true arbitrage situation you will want to bet as much as you possibly can, since arbitrage is defined as risk free. However, there are liquidity risks and delay/line move risks. It is hard to move your bankroll around if all the sides win at a single book, although you have locked in a guaranteed profit, you might lose opportunity while you are "rebalancing" your respective bankrolls.
