I see so guys getting off games because they are -220 or so, but if you know they are going to win bet it and do not lay -1.5 and lose by the half of a run a lot.

Actually there is no juice when you lose, there is juice when you win. When you bet a $100 and lose, you win nothing so how could you pay juice? When your bet wins you only get paid 91 or whatever rather than the 100 you should be getting so your paying $9 in juice.
