I mean, I know lots of people on here think or know I am and that may be the case. But Brock is getting a little ridiculous.
He has these things called Rubberband plays. They used to be very rare and hit at a very high percent. I think after he garnered a lot of attention for them he started forcing them out and since has not been hitting a very good percentage. He sends out automated voice messages telling people the play. Posts a thread in caps. Posts it in red letters under his username. Hell, sometimes he even makes another thread with a video.
At this point it is clear to anyone with a brain Brock is forcing these plays now.
Here is my theory:
Brock stopped gambling and was posting these rubberband plays on games he loved. He won a bunch in a row, thought to himself "hmmm why don't I start betting these for more then SBR points?" Now all his big plays he makes are automatically "rubberband plays". He is begging for attention at this point and can't go a few days without it.
Here is what I Know:
The stiff job happened on 4/15. I cast a spell of unbreakable bad karma on him and he brushed it off.
Since then let us look at how he has done.
He told us to fade the Houston Astros
Before the stiff job the Astros were 0-8!
Since the stiff job the Astros are 8-2 winning as +199, +131, +176 and +137 dogs during that span.
Coincidence?
He told us to fade Freddy Garcia
Before the stiff job Freddy was 0-2 in two starts.
Since the stiff job the Sox are 1-0 in his one start. That is right he came out and pitched 7 innings of 2 run ball helping his team to a 5-4 win.
Rubberband Plays
Were hitting 87% before the stiff job.
Since the stiff job here are his rubberband plays.
4/16 NYY/TEX o8.5 - Push - Got a lucky rain out on a game that was most likely heading over the total. Or atleast that was my thought while watching the game. 6 runs through 6 innings, you be the judge.
4/17 Oakland A's -1.5 (+134) - Loss- Oakland wins by one and of course Brock pulls the predictable move of saying he made out fine on Oak ml. Why was that not a rubberband play then?
4/21 CIN/LAD o8.5 - Win - Total flies over and everyone praises him on a truly great pick.
4/23 LAD/WAS o10 - Loss - Total stays comfortably under in a 5-1 game.
