Poker is only people trying to steal eachothers' money and should be viewed as such
Been around the block.
That's what's up.

True, poker players try to beat each other to make more money.
So do football players, baseball players, basketball players etc.
You just realized this now?

What if there were a snapping of fingers that broke the hypnosis?

Good answer.
2 types who could justifiably play at this point:
1) Successful in real life, plays live for fun, or hit a 1 time big score and living off it (happens so rarely not worth trying, but does happen)
2) In on the internet shannanigans, and i mean IN. I DON'T MEAN "hey I got a bot and I think it will work" or "hey me and a couple guys are going to collude on some sit and go's". You are IN or you are OUT.
If you think there is any in between as an honest player, all I can say is GL and don't come to me with your bad beat stories.

I'm not in on anything.
I've made money over the last 6 years.
I don't complain about bad beats, as they are part of the game.
People that don't make money playing poker simply might not have an edge.

I didn't mention people like you or what you claim to be because the masses don't realize what a small percentage it is to be that, I wouldn't want anyone to feel encouraged.
I respect what you do if what you say is true tough game in such a currupt climate.

i'm just saying. I remember when i was in a casino once played for like 3 hours and we all were in - cause the rake took all our profits away... since then I only play poker with friends where there is no rake.

whats exactly the point of this thread? UB has been exposed as cheating and yes you dont win money off the house in poker, unless you play frees. Thats the difference of poker, no house edge to offset

a good player who is playing in the game itself and killing it
and to address the thread title, of course poker is a game where your trying to win the other players money...You just realized this now? I wouldn't call it stealing, if you join the game you know what you are getting into, you are NOT getting stolen from.
