Braves lost their last 5 games as a favorite with 4 of them on the road. How can a team be favored with such a pathetic record?

RedSox lost all 4 to the same team and they were at home. Braves lost to 3 different teams and 4 of them on the road. Why would they keep being favored on the road if they keep losing?

My guess is that it happens several times a season, although I don't have the stats to show it.

They are not fav's tomorrow and probably will win. They have a solid club. In baseball the GREAT teams lose 4 out of 10. The only way to bet baseball is either totals or dogs. Anybody who takes fav's in baseball knows nothing about gambling. ( I'm not talking -120,-130 fav's). You cant predict this shit.

I'm sure it has happened thousands of times. 10 in a row as a favorite would not be a stretch
