Problem with Sportingbet.com

I have big problem regarding my last wager on Volleyball. I have wagered on one volleyball game - Trentino :Macerata (this is Italy Lega A)
My bet was correct score for Macerata - 0:3 sets.I have wagered it in www.sportingbet.com
Now i see that my wager is void. Why? Only they know!!!!!! I have found all the livescores in internet which give livescore results for Volleyball Italy -

It means that you will not get anything from there. They just void your bet.Very bad for you, but this is the life.
The most important is when did they void your bet? before the game starterd or after that?
