Wakefield actually pitched very well today and Mike Lowell had a big pinch hit off the bench.

Their problem today was the relief pitching.

Their larger problem is they're not very good offensively. Big Pappi, off the juice, is done. They didn't replace Jason Bay's offense.

It may be a long season in Bean Town...
