That exchange had reached at least the stage of beta testing during March Madness. Ganch was doing most of the work, and the platform was flexible and intuitive. Later reports here mentioned Ganch-sighting at Heritage instead. Looks like something went off the rails, but the exchange platform must still float around somewhere in cyberspace. Blackie shoots from the hip. Ganch does not. If there was a 'miscommunication' somewhere that would not be surprising.
