Meh. Tornadoes pose little to no threat to human life compared to other natural disasters. Even the property damage they cause is dwarfed by floods etc.

Doesn't mean they ain't dangerous. Hope all is way on your end.

oh no doubt, more exciting than worrisome to me....ive always wanted to see 1 up close...everything good where im at some trees and power lines down around the area is all that i have seen or heard

Yeah. Just stay away from the glass windows. When I lived in Western Mass there was a small one a couple towns over, leveled a swath of trees on a mountainside, looked really cool.

Also when I was about 10 in 1992 my mom drove us from Mass to Colorado and we "drove through" a tornado in Kansas. We didn't see the funnel but apparently it touched down a dozen miles from where we were on the road. The sky turned black and some serious nickel and quarter size hail damaged our car. After the storm passed the sky was like an erie green color. Def. cool.

Oh no doubt they are deadly and tragic. Just saying that comparatively they simply don't stack up against other disasters. I mean, the worst one in US history killed 436. Terrible deaths, but nowhere near the scale of almost any other disaster.

It was bad here in Stlouis today. Sirens going off all afternoon. But it didnt bother me and I live in a mobile home. My back hurts so bad it would do me a favor.

I had one slightly north of me followed by one slightly south. And then all heck broke out. Alabama has had some major bad tornadoes tonight and it's still going on.
