    Blazers over Lakers: Why? I’ll tell you

    Lakers will try too hard and get away from their routine. Lebron will force it and get offensive fouls. Might even leave the game twisting an ankle or something. Blazers win here

    he was terrible in his first ever matchup against melo

    I respect you Seaweed.... but I have a different take on this game.

    Meaningless game. Nobody "needs to win".

    The whole NBA world is hurting over the loss of Kobe. Out of respect... Portland lays down tonight. Gives the Laker fans a win. Not that the Lakers couldnt beat Portland... but I think this is going to be played like an All Star game. No D. Guys just shooting the rock and entertaining the fans.

    While 12.5 might be a little too high.....

    I think the easy pick here is the OVER.

    Last time they played it was 128-120 in Portland. I expect more points tonight.

    Agreed. Guys here are nuts if they think Portland will be laying down for this game.

    I can't help but like Portland plus the points 1st half and game.

    Why?

    Because the Lakers have been distracted by the Kobe stuff and have been sitting for almost a whole week. Basketball has been an afterthought for the Lakers since last weekend.

    They could win, but I think Portland gives them a run for the money. +12.5 looking good to me.
