Anybody know anything about FlipShare.... and errors?

I have been using my Flipshare to make videos for quite a while now with no problems what-so-ever.

But NOW...Trying to make a video here and I keep getting this error:

Error code: 5, 22

I use Flipshare all the time, never had an error or anything. I think there's online tech help through the FlipChannel.
