This has to be one of the craziest stories I've seen in a while.
This sorta thing happens every weekend at churches, schools, lodges, ect, ect. Now they want to nail some cheerleader on some petty law like this.

Cheerleading Coach Goes on Trial in Gambling Case
The head of a Hagerstown cheerleading club is scheduled to go to trial Tuesday on charges she staged an illegal gambling event to repay a person who bailed her out of jail.
The event in 2006 at the Boonsboro Fire Company was billed as a bingo fundraiser for the Hagerstown Heat All-Stars. But Washington County authorities said this year that Heat founder Anna Miles wasn't licensed to hold the game. Court documents alleged that Miles used $2,000 in proceeds to repay the person who had paid her bail for an alleged probation violation. She had been on probation after her release from jail term for writing bad checks on the club's account in 2004.
