Good job on the win GMB but Lucia was right. Most of our promos require the transfer card to be eligible for cash prizes. The free play is given at our discretion for those that are in the process of getting one or can't qualify for a legitate reason. Yup guys. My payout info was done at about 12:00 and I received the moneygram ready for pick up at about 4:30. Had cash in my hand by 5:00. Really a great job by RW paying out. Thanks Blackie and I don't doubt whether Lucia was right or not. I'm sure she was doing what she was instructed. My only argument was that if I wanted to cash out my freeplay I should be able to do so without the card for the time being. I ordered the card on Friday (when I received the freeplay) and it was a dumb rule to make me have to wait for the card to arrive and be paid out then through the card. Or atleast have Lou state that somewhere in the contest rules. All in all RW is a great book and all the shit jjgold talks about it is spot on. You can't beat the promotions they have going and customer service is top notch. Lucia was very understanding and handled the situation well. Next time I cash out at another book you can be sure I will be depositing at RW.Comment -

Since hardly any of the winners ever have them they decided to give free plays away. Under the rules they in no way had to do that but they are such a class group they give the free play anyway.
It is a heck of a lot cheaper and easier for them to pay with their preferred way of the debit card.
Really a bad knock to bash them a couple of times here when they gave you over $500
