im going through it now. ex has hacked into mine, changed email passwords, everything. keeps posting slander and bad stuff about me. i cant log in to change it as she has changed everything. any tips?

Most likely she put a keystroke logger on your computer. She could be getting every key typed on your keyboard mailed to her right now and you wouldn't have a clue. I recommend you get a very good virus scanner. Not many "hackers" left and the ones that are around wouldn't be "hacking" myspace.
So unless you gave her your passwords you got keystroke logged and most likely still are. Google it if you don't know what it means "keystoke logger" If you find out this is the case you might want to call the police cause its highly illegal if you can prove she did it.Comment -

That's a very common mistake. Sucks but not much at all you can do but start over. If it's something threatening she posted you can still contact the police and they will make facebook remove it.Comment -
Brad, this happened to me. My prick ex did the exact same thing - changed email addresses, changed my banking passwords, everything. I had to contact Facebook and they suspended the account while they matched up the IP addresses from past history. Once they confirmed it was me, they reactivated my account and sent me a pdf letter to bring to a lawyer and pursue legal action if I wanted to blast his ass in court.
Never did though. Although there are still days I wished I had.

If you can prove its her you could sue her in small claims court for defamation of character. When facebook gives you the IP addresses you'll most likely have to get in contact a lawyer. Since she most likely isn't a real hacker she used her real IP address, which can be traced by the internet service provider as easily as someone giving you their real address. If you wanna take it to court your lawyer will most likely subpoena her ISP's records bam she's fuxed. Take pictures of everything. Good luck
