    ParlayCardZ
SBR Bill Dozer reports: ParlayCardZ, part of the Horizon Twenty Group, slow-paying client $10,000 since 12/22/05. The player initially requested $5,000 via Neteller the morning of 10/22 but was told the merchant account was not funded. ParlayCardZ then took the player’s banking information in order to process a $10,000 wire but has blamed the holidays as the reason the funds have not yet been deducted from the bettor’s account. SBR has contacted management who claims their bank, Bank of Costa Rica, has been closed since the 23rd and they will remain closed until the 2nd, when the wire will be sent. SBR has contacted the bank which was open on the 22nd, 23rd and is today until 6:00 PM. ParlayCardZ remains unable or unwilling to send payment to the customer via Neteller. The sportsbook will be under review while this withdrawal is pending and Neteller issues are addressed. The Horizon Twenty Group, which includes LasPalmas, has been downgraded to C.

Not to be confused with the Horizon Sports group, which includes BetAtlas.

Just a few notes. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven't been paid.

Back in December, I was promised the wire would have cleared my account today. I asked for the bank wire information, and they told me that "Bank of Scotland" will not give that out to them. Aside from being false, the last delay was attributed to "Bank of Costa Rica" being closed from December 22 to January 1, which SBR investigated and refuted.

At what point does a slowpay become a no-pay?

I would say a month or two. Anyway, it is really hard to believe a no-pay from this group is happening. I just hope there is some reasonable explanation for that.

Funny that six months ago a 2 week wait had everyone's panties in a bunch. Now 2 weeks is lightning fast.

I've received payouts within THREE DAYS twice within the last month. One was ** from DSI, other was FedEx check from 5 Dimes.

By the way, last post in this thread prior to yours was ONE YEAR + six months ago, not six months ago, although your point is still valid as two weeks was considered slow pre-Pinnacle shutdown to US.
