i guess 24 hour fitness is getting sued. i can either claim $20 or a 3 month membership.
is this legit or some kind of a scam?

I just received one today too and I was looking online if somebody else received it, I found some documents in jury.com that these been in court since 2006 and sept 2009 it was settled
