BetFirstClass slow-pay reported
A BetFirstClass (SBR rating D) slow-pay complaint has been reported. Three weeks ago a player requested $2472 by Western Union. The player states he has been unable to reach any BetFirstClass manager via telephone or live chat to discuss his payout status.

I have no knowledge of the payout request in question. I guess that when someone files a complaint with SBR they assume that it is valid because no one from their office has contacted us to verify the situation.

AK seems to be deriving some satisfaction over this which doesn't surprise me since what little interaction that I have had with him has convinced me that he is nothing more that a troll.
