I've usually had good experiences with asking my plays to be graded by them, but I too have had an issue with them this evening. Had a parlay involving tennis where the match has been over for about six hours now. Still not graded. Was told the grading department was contacted and would rectify it - normally, they do and do it quickly. Tonight however, been an hour plus and no grading yet. Feel your pain. Not gonna pull out my money, but still agree maybe they need a slight downgrade.

**Update**

Its now almost 3 minutes game clock into the Spurs/Mavs game, and my 2nd half wager from the Magic game is still pending.

id recommend pulling out of all books until you don't have to wait for a game to win before you can place your next bet.

You can use the IF option to put any pending bet into another bet as long as they are not related. Any amount you want.

This is just one book i play in, only been used for 2010 NBA playoffs, tough guy.

No need to do that. I have other funds. It's just frustrating. I still have a 2nd Half wager still "PENDING", half way into the 2nd games, 1st QTR

Talked to another CR. They claim there was a problem with the grading system today and that is the reason for the lazy grading.

My tennis one did get settled after the 2nd time I talked to CR last night and it was settled fairly quickly, I honestly just think some of their CR people are dolts and some aren't. Tennis wagers this morning cleared quickly. Challenger level ones are the ones that seem to be tricky and that I guess is partly to blame for a lack of scoreboards for some of the events ... still, if you're gonna offer the bets, you need to have a reliable and timely source to grade them on.

5Dimes is a good book overall, just a couple of road bumps. Most books have had issues here and there. I remember BetPhoenix's problems with their servers over the past year that pissed a lot of people off, but I think they are still used by a lot of people too.
