What browser are you using Brock? In your browser clear your cache/delete your history. It may also be a problem with your computer. If you don't have a malware/spyware program download Malwarebytes (download link use free version: http://www.malwarebytes.org/) and run that. If you don't have an antivirus downlaod avira and run that as well fixing anything that pops up.
If none of those works you may just want to upgrade/install more RAM as it is usually the culprits when people complain about slow computers.

Maybe an update on the Add ons will speed up the browser. Google's chrome runs smoothly the site.
