Not at all. With John's 3/3 history, he needs to give a better offer. This is simply weak.

I don't like your example. What is John offering? Basically nothing. The SBR Book has the line at 3, and because of the no rake in the sportsbook, John's offer is almost identical. So why would anyone take it?

If he offered -2 (even), I'd probably take it, despite him getting me in the past (I think I bit on all his offers. Jets ML, Baylor +points, and Tiger top 3).
