Was sitting in my Las Vegas office in 1999 and wanted a catchy name for a new gambling forum(Majorwager I think)............my original and current name at TheRx at the time was Strut888 and I changed that after the name Fishhead caught on quickly and took the internet by storm at this new forum and a couple others.


No idea how the name came to me, don't remember.

There's a They Might Be Giant's song called Fish Heads. Perhaps you heard it playing in the background at some point during that time period and your subconscious picked up on it?
