I take so much in the morning its crazy. Those crazy guys from Nature Bee got me hooked on their stuff from New Zealand. I take a bunch of other vitamins, Vitamin D, E, C, Fish Oil, Joint Juice and other pills that I am on the rest of my life for Gout. Allopurinol 400mg daily the rest of my life. Controls my uric acid... I love taking pills!
