I just transferred funds from 5Dimes for free, freaking Bookmaker wanted to charge me a $200 fee

Anyhow got any good tips for a first time user some things are a litlle confusing

Whats this commission stuff? Should I basically just add .01 cent on every line I get????

If Matchy offers are -140 but 5Dimes has -142 I will bet w/5Dimes. Of course it depends on the amount I want to wager vs Acct balance
