      FOCUS ON YOUR EDUCATION.

when you are finished with school, by all means, join the degenerate party.. but jumping in this early is a big mistake. TRUST ME. bet sbr points for a few years, best case scenario you're really good and you win one of those TVs or something! worst case scenario you realize you're not cut out for the grind.

Excellent advice. What do all college kids have in common? They are broke (except for the ones playing with their parents' money). A college kid needs a gambling habit like a hole in the head. This dude's priorities should be meeting girls and enjoying freedom - not getting shackled down with high stress and debts he can't afford to pay.

Whatever short-lived success you might have in winning - chances are you will hit a rough spot early that you cannot afford.

But the best part of this advice is the bit about all the time in front of the computer. You're in your early 20's - get out there and have fun. A lifetime sitting in front of the computer awaits.

Losing is losing..... that's easy. The odds are against you. Winning...... there's so many factors involved here.... You can win one month, lose everything the next. So many variables involved... You're good at one sport, can you stay away during the off season NO. People hit wild plays and then lose it all the next. When do you increase your wager amount? All a sudden a small loss becomes a big loss.

Honestly the only way to develop any skill is do it yourself but very few have the brain to do it, and either way a lot of luck is involved.

People here are trying to sell their picks with slightly above .600 average...... that is praised here. Conveniently they have placed bigger units on WINNERS? Winning 6 bets and losing 4 gets you no where. The time is not worth it. Then you have people with a record of 8-2....... okay unless you bet a large amount what have you made? A week's worth of minimum wage in a LONG period?

Track the HOT CAPPERS and find out for yourself over the long run. Don't even tail them, just make your own record see how they do, soon you will find out it isn't even worth it!

No matter what you think the amount of TIME wasted is inevitable. When you're in school you already have enough time wasted.

Here you are sitting after class, you placed several bets, no WAY in hell you do not monitor the game through out the duration. Whether you are in class or not you will always monitor the game.

Another thing is a lot of OLD MEN here like to play the game of pretending to be a high roller online. ROLLING in cash..... don't believe this crap. Most working low wage jobs, why else would they be wasting the entire day here?

And don't fall for BS people trying to sell you a site.

Find me a capper that actually works, if you do let me know.

Think about this making $20 bets on a game. Even at a 500% return, you only make $100........... And how many people are even making 500% return a month? People here think this figure is incredible.

A man that has figured out everything already. My off to you. My question is this.. If there is no hope for anybody making any money in this then why are you even here?

For the young man that started the thread however I agree he should focus on his studies and bang hot chicks like paco said. Gambling is a very time consuming venture if you want to be good at it. He takes discipline, knowledge of many things, and patience. You really have to know how to manage your roll and pick your spots and hit a high percentage when you have the goods. I could go on and on about this, but most will never make it because the reasons you got into gambling is not what makes money in gambling. Making money is hard, time consuming and you learn to relish the process rather than the (action results).

I myself started when in college and lost just like everybody else starting out. I don't regret my early start because I am still relatively young and have paved the way for additional income for the rest of my life..

Just know this..When you start out you will lose. There are so many things that go into being a profitable sports gambler (invester) and picking winners is one of the least of the most important things. There are many people that pick plenty of winners that are broke gambling because they are impatient and chase. One of the best handicappers on this site (rochestertitans) can't make it work because he has no plan, but he picks winners about as good as anybody can and probably better than 98% here including myself.

Good luck, but the gambling can wait.. Paco said it best.. Get your education and look to bang hot chicks. You can gamble when you are an old man.. it's not going anywere anytime soon.

some advice from someone who bet alot during college. First off i did graduate with finance and economics degrees while betting on football and basketball. You need to know yourself, if you cant handle the stress of lossing money dont bet, if you are constantly thinking about or checking the game, only bet on the weekends. If you can place your bets do all your school work then check final score that is the way to go. You have to know your limits, and your stress level, if a certain wager stresses you out to much bet less. look at it as a hobby, substatute it for another hobby that you are willing to give up and then allocate those hours and funds to this. That way even if you loss, that money was going to be spent anyways. Good luck

I am still in college, for about ten more days, I started betting during football season. It started with fake money at *********s.com Then I got a little greedy and put real money on( I hadn't won anything on the free site) and of course I lost. Searched up a couple chase systems and once again lost money. Paid professionals BIG money for picks and still lost. I can pick really good days but I have plenty of bad ones to even out. I think i'm about to purchase one of those "increase your psychic intuition" programs and see if that will help lmao! Basically what i've done now is put aside a portion of my budget for "entertainment" and consider my sports betting entertainment since It definitely makes the games more interesting and atleast this way there is a CHANCE i get something back out of it haha. Good luck and if I ever start being psychic I will come share the picks
