Its grinding us down, know only the few winners will post in this thread saying how easy it is and they are killing them. But as I browse around many hear already lost summer vacation money. The parity in bases minus the Yanks makes it tough.

Have learned from past years to tread lightly with bases. It's real easy to be a kid in the candy store with big menus of games and all the reduced vig. Can end up in a big hole real early.

Bases were good to me at first, but then had a few bad days, followed by a couple good days, i'm gonna cut down on games played, pushing in the long run kills ya.

ive been doing surprisingly well so far, only been betting .5 a unit on most games, looking back wish i would have been going harder (hindsight and all) but only my 2nd year of doing bases full time and wasnt sure what to expect and im sure wont keep up with the pace i am on...

First year betting bases, I usually concentrate on horses before football starts! But I'm still learning and searching to find my handicapping angle... But has been a grind so far, down a few units but playing them small this first betting season.

took out all my winnings yesterday. I won a little over 2 dimes the first 2 weeks. Getting out while i'm ahead.
