It's a show on Spike where they match-up two different warriors (contemporary or historic). They bring in experts, like a Viking or Gladiator expert, to provide insight and test the weapons that each warrior uses, which is turned into data and put in a computer program. They test all these different factors and then simulate the skirmish with a program 1000 times. Two actors then play out a fairly well done skirmish at the end, the winner being the one who's side won the majority of the simulations.
It's kind of cheesy and overly scripted (corny lines, false bravado between the two sides of experts, etc.), but it's a pretty good show.Comment -

i thought it was going to be something like that show on discovery? travel? i forget which. where they get different fighters from around the world and travel to different tribes??
