It all depends on who the refs are. Do not for a minute think that the refs have nothing to do with the final score, because they do. If you get a group that is whistle happy, the over is going to hit. If you get a group that let's them play, the under is going to hit. That is why it is so easy to fix basketball games. You need not even have to determine the winner of the game. Just control the scoring from both teams. Why do you think the NBA will not announce who is calling the games before the games start? The people who know in advance who is calling the games are the ones that make the money, and they do not go down on a game until just before it starts, too late for anyone who plays on line.
