So essentially the strategy is to pick a game that looks like it will be rained out since that is automatic move on to the next day...

I would advise changing that to “if your game is rained out, you must make two picks the next day”

A lot of games get postponed due to cold weather at the beginning of the season.

In, but this seems like kind of cheap way to try to get ahead in general. Wouldn't it be more fair to make it so that anyone who "wins" via default like this (rain or cold weather) has to say pick two games the following day and win them both? Just a suggestion. Thanks as always for the contest!

I agree. Postponed games shouldn't count as an automatic W. Just like how they do doubleheaders in MLB to make up for missed games, same concept should apply here (making 2 picks following day).

Ok sounds good. We will amend contest so if there is a PPD you must select 2 games following day. If you were winning the PPD game or not you need to make two picks next day.

If a game is postponed you are still alive in contest. If a game is not completed on a specific day you are still alive. (in these cases you select two teams tomorrow)
