BetCris which apparently owns Bookmaker now are thieves! I have been a member of SBR for a long time, and I cannot understand why Bookmaker is Rated A+
They have no escalation process. Refuse to send issues to supervisors. Stall and waste individuals time, again and again.
- I requested a payout from Betcris. It took a long time to even get this payout accomplished. I would get 10 different stories, like "fictious" rollover requirements. Attempting to make me re-send my information.
- Finally I had to get a hold of a supervisor to properly accomplish my withdrawal. They charged me a $45 Western Union fee.
- Then the nightmare began... They shorted me on my withdrawal $19.81 exactly. There is no conversion possibility, no fees, because I had already paid them up front...
When calling the customer service, I got ran around. They wanted a copy of my receipt sent to cs@betcris.com which i sent...
Refused to send me to supervisors, constantly running my around to irrelevant departments. One of them Alex promised me that he would take ownership of this problem, took all of the information down and promised a follow-up from a supervisor which never came.
To find out today that apparently he never wrote a single note on my account. I had to re-explain my situation at least 5 times now to different front line customer support agents. Whom all promise a resolution, refuse to send the call to supervisors and never make things better.
I have tried the diplomatic method, bully method. Nothing functions. I am getting the clear impression that either they are doing on purpose. They steal small amounts from individuals, in hope that either the person will never notice. Or if they notice and complain, the run arounds will make them abandon the case.
This is theft. If they act this way for $19.81CAD, I cannot imagine how many others were taken this way without realizing it.
How can they constantly refuse to escalate a call/issue? Empty promises. To me this is not A+ Book, it's an F.
I am so upset right now. I cannot care if it is for $1 or a million dollars. Gambling is built on principals. They lack the fundamentals in my opinion and should not be allowed to operate, sheltered in their countries with fewer laws.
