You may be right in other cases, but in this case both of those lines are actually real and currently shown on SBR odds, confirmed by checking books.

according to the rules line shopping is allowed, sunday is 6 days FWIW if half bust each day we should have 8 or 9 going to next weekend

What is the issue with those two lines? Both were available at the books the contestants posted at the times of their posts. MD +4 was at Bovada, a square book notorious for inflating lines.
