You think the feds are scouring the internet arena for people claiming to deal drugs? What percentage of people who claim to sell on the internet actually do? Probably very low...
Of course their is no benefit to doing it, so it's probably not a wise thing but
at people acting like telling your internet friends is going to get you busted. Very, very unlikely.
