Currently, players who are penalized for taunting on their way to the end zone draw a 15-yard penalty on the extra point attempt, 2-point conversion attempt or the ensuing kickoff.

Beginning in 2011, live-ball penalties will be assessed from the spot of the foul and eliminate the score. Examples include players finishing touchdown runs by high-stepping into the end zone or pointing the ball toward an opponent.

JJ , you will need to give more weight to one of your capping points

So when Reggie Bush flips into the end zone it is first and 10 from the 18 yard line this is a disaster

And the thing is you can't control these animals. They think they are above the law, and can just pay a fine and do what they want since they are making tons of money.

Good rule. Hopefully it teaches some of these kids to just play and not be a ****in ghetto superstar. This applies to all showboats, whites, african americans, hispanic, eskimos, etc.

                the crackdown continues.

ever since that melee in miami a few years back everyone realized we were heading down this path.

This is a good rule. These are suppose to be kids who are bright enough to get into college, even though we know that many of them have to look at their Social Security Card to spell their name. I can't wait for one of these smart asses to get a penalty that costs his team a game, and some high roller a huge wad. I want to see how far the kids brains will be scattered when they blow them out of his head. These guys think they are hot s**t. I can't wait for one to get put in his place.

I hate the puss ass penalties with all the holding, PI, roughin the passer, etc. calls, and although I don't like this thug showboating, these new penalties will absolutely break games.

Also notice the difference in cultures between say football/basketball and hockey/baseball. The former being thuggish, showboating galore, players showing eachother up, etc. and the latter showing relatively none of that. In baseball, you will get a 90 mph ball in the back for that shit, but it never happens anyway (imagine a batter showing up a pitcher after a HR, doesn't happen); in hockey, a check in the boards or a knocker in the face. The former is full of conceited individuals and aspiring thug wannabies; the latter full of professionals out to earn their check and win.

Who sets the precedent for each culture I wonder?
