for your joints, for the hell of it, i decided to break one apart and use lotion and put it directly where i wanted it, on my wrists, works ten times better. Feels like something crawling around healing my wrist.

yeh i take fish oil from time to time, i think vitamin c and E are better. I take cayenne and garlic as well

I took Glucosomine religiously for about 6 months and it definitely helped big time. It took about 2 months for me to notice anything but my finger's weren't as sore nor my knee's and ankles after playing basketball. It was like my joints had oil in it. I stopped taking it by being lazy an undisciplined but am about to start back up. I didn't think of rubbing it direct. I'm going to give it a try. Good looking out...

I take it, but not every day. Had a elbow injury that came along with 3 surgeries and I developed osteo arthritis.
