Art Rooney will meet the media today regarding Roethlisberger

The Steelers have issued a one-sentence press release that pretty much speaks for itself.
Says the release: "Steelers president Art Rooney, II will be available at 2:30 p.m. today to provide an update on the Ben Roethlisberger matter at Steelers headquarters at the UPMC Sports Performance Complex."
No other information has been provided.
Our guess? (And for now it's a guess.) Rooney will announce that the Steelers will be suspending Ben Roethlisberger for two games for conduct detrimental to the team, and Rooney likely will issue a strong rebuke of Roethlisberger. Then, probably tomorrow, Commissioner Roger Goodell will announce that the league will add not penalty to the team-imposed suspension, via a letter that also chastises Roethlisberger.
This would ensure that a bow will be placed on the Big Ben matter heading into the weekend, and then by Monday we'll all be focusing on the Tuesday night schedule release and the Thursday night draft.Comment -
