I think if this were broken down it would be determined that Brock is guilty in practical terms but innocent in legal terms. By posting the play and NOT disassociating himself from the terms that Duece set forth one could assume that he was in fact agreeing to the terms. However the fact that he never actually stated that it was a deal he would in all likelyhood be found innocent in terms of law.
