I have never had a live wager voided, although I've heard from other people that have.

I don't bet over7.5 when there are already 8 runs scored. Last year, you'd occasionally see their prices "off" a full inning i.e. dealing over 0.5 (additional runs)-160 with 2.5 innings left, instead of 1.5 innings. Those wagers were never canceled.
