How did you deposit? Who did you talk to ? What was promised? I was in your boat a month ago, and Bill Dozer sorted it out to my advantage. If the facts are on your side, I'm sure he'll get this resolved for you.

Proper step once your sure the Book won't budge. If this pans out, it's the second time in very recent history that Bookmaker stiffs a player on a bonus, pending SBR's influence. For an A+ Book, it speaks volumes.

Most bonuses are not automatic and there are Ts & Cs the player must follow. Without knowing the details I could not comment but a lot of books are willing to do something for players who also use the casino. Send an email so we can look at the situation.
