Put up flags, or wooden sticks at a distance. Let the players race to get them. If you have 10 players, use 5 flags/sticks.

Bury "treasure". Get shells, beer bottles, or whatever. Dig a bunch of visible piles, and have your contestants search for the treasures. You probably want 5 piles for each real buried treasure.

Depending on how clear the water is, put a few "treasures" out at a depth of 10-15 feet down, and have the players chase after it (starting on the dry beach). Beer bottles will have to be embedded in the sand, unless it is deep enough to make them sink. You could also use dolls anchored with a rock, or any other easily visible object.

If you want to get a little crazy and have some spare hot chicks, try a race. Tie a contestant to a chick (either wrist to wrist, or ankle to ankle depending on how amusing you want it to be) and have them race 30 yards. If you don't have enough chicks, make all the players pair off (and win or lose as a pair).

-play the shoe shuffle game-
Intended for a large group of people. Everybody takes their shoes off and places them at one end in a pile. Someone mixed up the shoes so people will have a hard time finding theirs.

The large group breaks up into two teams and lines up about 30-40 feet away. The first person in line is told to get ready and when the host says, Go, they must run down to the pile of shoes, put their shoes on and then run back to the line and tag the next person to go get their shoes.
This continues until the first team to get everyone to find their shoes and be behind the start line. Once they do that then, that team is declared the winner.

Each team is lined up with one orange per team. The object is to pass the orange to the end of the line by using only your neck and chin. If you drop the orange, you have to start back at the beginning.

-play oranges 2-
This is a fun race game. You will need two oranges and one pair of old pantyhose for each racer. Place one orange into the leg of the pantyhose and then tie the pantyhose around the waist of the racer. The orange leg should hang down towards the ground and swing between their legs. Using the "third leg" players tap the second orange on the floor in front of them and race to the finish line. The first player and orange to cross the finish line wins.

do one of those games/challenges where they have to spin around 10 times... like leaning down with their forehead on the knob of a baseball bat, with the end of the bat on the ground.... the spin around like that, then have to run 25 yards through some cones. nothing hotter than hot dizzy girls falling on the beach

You can't go wrong with either cornhole or washers but since you're going to be on the beach, cornhole would be the way to go.
