Anyone having trouble viewing SBRodds?

Haven't been able to view it for about 10 min now. Just getting top left of the screen.

We're trying to find out what happened right now. You can get it to work now if you flush your DNS and clear the cache for IE.

To Flush DNS
Start -> Run -> type "cmd" -> type "ipconfig /flushdns"

After you clear the cache in IE restart the browser and it should work for you again.

Did you follow the below steps and also clear cookies/cache?

Start -> Run -> type "cmd" -> type "ipconfig /flushdns"

If you have vista
make sure you run it with administrator's privileges
by right clicking on the icon at the start menu and selecting (run as administrator)

Nothing coming up in Firefox. I can see where to Accept Cookies or Delete all cookies. Do I have to delete ALL THE COOKIES on my computer in order to use SBR Odds?

You don't need to delete the cookies you need to delete the cache.

To delete the cache in firefox go to Tools -> Clear Recent History -> check "cache" and click clear now.

Sometimes with FireFox you also need to go to File -> Work Offline and then close the browser and re-open it. Make sure that you turn Work Offline back on when you restart the browser.

I can get to clear recent history, but there's nowhere to select cache anywhere. I can only select the length of time I want to delete the history: last hour, today, everything, etc.

I deleted today, but it didn't work. Do I need to check everything?

I apologize for the issues this afternoon with SBROdds. Everything should be back to normal now. No flushdns required or clearing cache. Just refresh the page and the site should load with all the images and everything else.

If anyone continues to experience problems after refreshing the page please let me know.
