    I think Canbet are unfair
    First i want to appologize for my english and for my emotional leter.

    description of complaint:I requested a withdraw 3-4 days ago and from canbet sent me email that i must send them a copy of my documents.I send them a copy of my id card ,driver licence and an internet bill(for which i explain to assistan called Carol that the adress of my id card and the adress of this bill is different because i live on a rent from couple of months)and Carol said me that those documents will be perfect.Today i asked for my withdraw and they said me that my account will be closed.I asked them why and what is the problem but the only answer was that the documents are unoriginal i asked which document is unoriginal but they dont want to answer me.I can prove that all the documents are original.After that they said me that will refund my deposit but i feel that is not right because i deposit 200euro and i honestly won 800euro.My documents are fine but they dont want to speak with me.

        I'll be happy to help you. I don't know of any blatant stiffings by Canbet - I used to play there myself.

        If they are hassling you, they probably think you are part of a bonus ring. If you have already opened up one account there (and this is a second one), we'll have a tough time. But if this is your only one, you should get your winnings.

        On a side note... the form listed above is nice, because it makes the players give us all the facts in one swing (so I don't have to keep writing for more information).

          Thank you Justin ,i hope they will understand that i sent the required documents and if i made some mistake by fault they will hear me and the problem will be solve.
