Indian food. Scam or legit?

Boys, there's a new Indian food restaurant that just opened up in town. However I read that it's all vegetarian (no meat). A whole country's cuisine that doesn't serve meat seems kind of sketchy to me. So I ask you, Indian food: Scam or legit?

Only certain parts of India have vegetarian diets. Lots of them eat meat.

Don't know if I could eat all veggy all the time but in general Indian food (with meat) is very legit. Delicious.

There are alot of Hindu vegetarians, most Hindu's don't eat beef, most of the Hindu's I know don't eat meat so it isn't a scam if they don't serve meant. There are Indian meat dishes they are usually eat by non-Hindu Indians and those who do eat some meats.

Nonsense. You can find solid Indian food with a lot of meat in it. Don't waste your time on lentils and rice. You're not poor, don't eat like you are. I would suggest you take your money and eat like a real man:

I have eaten in a couple great India restaurants and it's some of the best food I have eaten with unbelievable sauces that will amaze and wake up taste buds you never knew you had. It depends on the restaurant of course. Yes they eat meat.

I was tentative for a while when I first tried it and the smell was definitely one of the reasons. Now that I have tried it the smell reminds me of the tastes, so many delicious curries and sauces. Give it a try, start small with a chicken tikka masala, you wont regret it.

And yea it sometimes runs right through you, but so does Mexican and there is no way in hell I will ever stop eating that.

I dated an indian girl, well not really dated, we fuked alot & still do, but indian food is really good. She cooks alot & always has meat. I hate a meal without meat. She if from Trinidad so she also adds some flavors from the islands. Good grub even for a southern boy

There's 2 indian restaurants in town here now, Ive eaten at one, its ok. Its a different taste, and the curry is what smells sometimes. But has great flavor

Definitely go with meat. I went to a vegetarian one, and it seemed much more bland, but still very good.

Naan is the staple bread of all Indian joints and is definitely awesome, it is like a pita but usually made in the place, it alone is worth the trip.

Indian restaurant can have some pretty cheap all you can eat deals. I'm not a big fan of the food but you can find good value.
