I just wanted to once again thank SBR for the great Bracket Contest. I came in 4th and won a grand. They deposited $334.00 in Intertops, BetMania and Legends. Each account has been funded! Once again, just another great contest from SBR!

Archie, I think we each got funded in the same three accounts. It's a shock to me to deal with these other books. Their customer service and the layouts of their sites are completely different than what I am used to. I don't like being put on hold for 5 minutes when a game was about to start and when they finally got back to me they told me it was off the board. I am just used to the highest customer service in the industry with Heritage. It is a big wake up call for me to see what else is out in the world as far as books goes. Either I have been spoiled with Heritage or I just don't know the reality of how these books work on the Customer Service end.I am holding my own , I am down to #250.00 in Betmania, $418.00 in Legends and $330.00 in Intertops. I have been with just one book for so long and they know me, I am just not another account number to them and I am treated better than I could ever explain it in words. I will be doing my best to meet the rollover and have fun with the books. It's a complete different experience for me like I had mentioned. Good luck with yours, I assume most of the winners will be going broke in some of the books, lets hope some of us at least end up cashing out. Thanks again SBR !
