Which books are taking NBA preseason wagers?

I know 5Dimes will be taking preseason action this year, but does anyone else know who might be. If so who?

The preseason schedule starts on October 5th fellas.

Gamebookers to accept U.S. players though.

I feel there is some very solid value in preseason NBA hoops, especially when your betting money lines coach.
