I recently opened an account with 5Dimes, and was told about the new player bonus.
I deposited a few days ago, played through it, and recieved no bonus. When asked why..
Me: I played my $*** deposit
Me: and didnt receive anything
Me: How come i didnt receive my bonus after my 1st deposit?
Jax: New Player deposits from $100 to $400 will receive a 50% Free-Play Reward, up to a total of $200 in Free-Play. Here's the Plus… if the deposit amount exceeds $400, and is up to $2000, it will also qualify for an EXTRA 20% Free-Play Reward.
Me: Ok. I initially deposited $***, when i first joined
Me: I received no free play.
Jax: You must request your reward within 24 hours of an accepted deposit by contacting us by Live Help, e-mail or phone. Any wagers placed before requesting your reward will not count towards the required play to earn the reward.

So because i didnt call 5dimes, and "request" my bonus, withing 24hrs i dont get it. Seems a little strange to me...
