Phillies -165 favorites on the road with Moyer pitching. That's got to be a record for a 48 year old MLP pitcher.

yeah, I dont think its because the books think Moyer is the second coming of Cy Young...it's just the team his pitching against has been hitting like Neil Young...

How bad are young pitchers for a 48 year old man to win the job?

he's well established and age doesn't necessarily mean a lot, look at nolan ryan... It was a bit before my time but he pitched till he was pretty old and he was a power pitcher...Also randy johnson, he was still throwing hard the last couple years at 44-45 years of age. Your speed doesn't necessarily drop off all that drastically at an old age and Moyer never relied on speed anyways.

                    Things average out people..

Every team loses and wins 60 every year, Astro's put up runs tonight and might even win..

What's your problem with the King Pal?

If you'd just chill out and listen for once you'd realize the Astro's have faced some pretty good pitchers.. Yeah they aren't very good, but guys like Pence, Lee, and Feliz can easily hit this guy out a couple times with runners on, so laying a bunch of chalk is as square as it gets here..

But you've been to prison, so you have everything figured out, am I right?

1st you start a thread lecturing ppl about betting to much opening day only to proceed to fire at games all week like day 3 is different then opening day....2nd "square" money has been good money this week, 3rd ive seen some of your square ass picks so no point in you even saying some shit like that....Last but not least why wouldnt i have a problem with some guy who runs around calling himself "the king" yet hasnt ever proven shit.......i dont think i got anything all figured out but when i want advice it damn sure not coming from a clown like yourself....really not sure wtf me being in prison has to do with any of that, prison certainly didnt sharpen or diminish my gambling ability but if it did help anything it made me detect BS at a even higher rate and you my friend are as full of shit as they come

Moyer still brings it. He's always thrown 80-84mph so he can still put up good numbers due to his smart pitching. I wanted to put units on Houston because someone I know bet strongly on them, but I didn't because of Moyer
