Dame Elizabeth Taylor is believed to be getting married to her ninth husband, according to reports in the US tonight.
Showbiz websites and gossip columns are buzzing with the news that the legendary actress, 78, has got engaged to 49-year-old talent agent Jason Winters.

The source said: 'It's no secret that they've been together forever and are in love, so it wouldn't be a surprise if they were engaged. Right now they are keeping it between them.'
Dame Elizabeth is also believed to have previously gushed about Winters to legendary American gossip columnist Liz Smith saying he was 'one of the most wonderful men I've ever known, that's why I love him.'
Access Hollywood reported that they had contacted the actresses rep, who said: 'We generally don’t respond to queries regarding her relationship status, but it is well known and documented that they have been together for some time.

'We do our best to not be referenced in these matters.'
If the reports are true, Winters will be Dame Elizabeth's ninth husband, her last being construction work Larry Fortensky, who she married at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch in 1991, but were divorced 5 years later.
But the Oscar-winning actress's most well-known husband to date is the late actor Richard Burton, who she famously married twice.

They first married in Montreal, Canada in March 1964 and were married for almost ten years until they divorced in June 1974. But sixteen months later they walked down the aisle again, although their second reunion lasted just nine months.
Her first husband was hotel heir Conrad 'Nicky' Hilton, the great-uncle of socialite sisters Paris and Nicky Hilton.
They married in 1950 and were divorced a year later, and she married Essex-born actor Michael Wilding in 1952, with whom she had two sons, Michael and Christopher.

They divorced in 1957 and two more husbands followed for Dame Elizabeth, including Carrie Fisher’s father Eddie who famously divorced Debbie Reynolds to marry her.
But it's not just her lovelife that has made the news over the years but also her battle with bad health.
She is believed to be in severe neck pain as a result of her lifelong battle with scoliosis, a curvature of the spine, and sometimes is barely able to lift her head and last week, fears over her health emerged when reports said she turned down her doctors' pleas to have more back surgery.
And according to friends close to the star, the death of her close friend Michael Jackson had also left her deeply upset worryingly frail.
