I'm worried about TIGER today to be honest
As much as I've been pumping him the last 2 weeks to win this event by 3+ shots, and so far so good.............got a funny feeling he is going to underperform to expectations today..................maybe I'm just nervous considering how much I have riding on this, not sure.

Hope he is still within two shots of the lead at days end, I would take that right now if given the oppurtunity.

Anyway, should be another fun day watching THE MASTERS.

I think he might go up a gear, his long game was impressive yesterday even when his first shot was a little haywire.

I think the Only thing that will hold him back is stamina but I am assuming he is in great shape.

I agree FH I think if he hangs around today he'll win it tomorrow. He has to stay within 2-3 shots to have a legitimate shot.

I think he'll be fine and put in another solid but unspectacular round. I'm more worried about one of the other guys going really low to like -12 or so and getting a big lead heading into Sunday.

Tiger is now favored to win the Masters at 5Dimes. -280 for Tiger to not win. You going to scalp out, Fish?

All it takes is to hit one in the trees and your day is over. Tiger will not win. If he wins this Masters then all the other golfers will quit. Billy Payne will not be happy if Tiger wins.

But Fish, didn't you say he would win by 3 shots?

                          Wasn't that the call?

You mean, like he cracked at the PGA last August and lost to Yang?

And maybe its just me-----but some of you do realize Tiger is not leading at this point, right?

westwood seems to always fold in these situations. poulter, on the other hand, he's playing spectacular golf...

That is a great point----Westwood won't back down.

                                          But Poulter won't either.

Poulter came out a few years back and said he was among the top 2 most talented golfers in the world----so Poulter thinks pretty highly of himself.

                                          And don't discount Mickelson.

As goofy as he is at times---the guy won the Masters twice---and last year---when paired with Woods on Sunday----Mickelson beat him.

Within two shots is not good enough. He's never won a major playing from behind after 54 holes. No worries. He's going to grab a 1 stroke lead today.

Knowing that Tiger has shot his best round at this tournament (1st round) and nicely played the 2nd round as well, I think he is the person to beat. He is referred to as the best player in the PGA world.

It's would seem like a perfect position for him now coming in here after the time off and the chaos he was enduring away from/off the golf course. He'll also be able to put a lot of personal turmoil aside (quickly taste happiness) again if/when he wins this and that should be a driving factor for him to continue his play superbly today and tomorrow. No question though, what Pavy said about hitting a real bad ball and taking himself out of contention. Each player has that to face.

Mr. Woods must feel real good on the course where there is peace, sitting easily within striking distance of the lead before today is over and his focus on golf solely.

I'm attempting logic with the opinion as I am not anywhere near a golf expert, player or fanatic so my thoughts mean very little.

Best to all of you with a vested interest here.

I say he finishes -2 today

like others have said he is not human.

I took a nap and now, Phil Mickelson looks like the fan favorite to win it. Good call on the Westwood guy not giving in. Tiger having a tough day and making John Walker a happy man.

considering how much time tiger has been off from golf, betting on him was unwise.

I was premature with my post above. Things are yet wide open into tomorrow for Tiger.

(Edit) Tiger hits a real bad looking tee shot at 17.
