You need to burn it off .. trust me ... much easier than shaving.

stand with legs wide apart ... use a zippo if you have one - start with the flame quite low down and move closer until you can just start to smell the burn ... the fine hair will burn off real easy and leave you with that "baby bottom" feel you are after ...
