I was doing some research on flight prices and found if I book a flight into Vegas on the 27th and leave on the 29th it will be around $360 or so

but if I book a flight into Vegas on the 27th and leave on the 31st it will be $260 or so, i can grab a cheap hotel room (or maybe nugget comped if I play enough) for the extra 2 days and have an additional 2 days in Vegas for practically the same cost

Bobby rooms at the nugget and downtown will be cheaper than flying for 360 take the 260 and get a deal at the nugget or some where else down there...youll enjoy the extra time

try flying in on Wed. night and leave on Monday. You will find it a lot cheaper.

Other days I would have to pay 360+, but on those days I mentioned it was only $240!

Bobby, I am staying a few extra days as well, 2 or 3, not sure exactly but flying out either Monday night or Tuesday night following the weekend of the bash. We will have to go out for supper and grab some drinks or hit up the book one of those days.

I am going to book this flight leaving Newark on Friday the 27th at 10:20am and getting into Vegas 3:00p (with a layover)

leaving Vegas Monday night at 11:00pm and getting back to NJ at 9:30a (again with a layover )

$313 total

You usually can get cheap standby flights out of BWI
it's only a tank of gas you can park free in Glen Burnie and take the light rail

Try to schedule your flight on a Friday in you're departing from a major airport. Airlines overbook and you can tell cashier that you don't mind being bumped = free flight if you get lucky and the plane is overbooked (works here in Canada but am unsure if it is the same system in the states although it probably is). I have gotten 3 flights free this way as well as a ton of flight coupons.
